Before you buy a CCE course
Ask any CCE course whether it covers both formats, how stations are timed and marked, what feedback you get, how long you keep access and what the refund terms are. Here is how CCE Complete answers each one, including where it says no.
Does it cover both CCE formats?
Yes. The exam has clinical encounters and case discussions, and CCE Complete is built to mirror both. See the exam format.
Are stations timed like the exam?
Stations are fifteen minutes, as in the exam. In case discussions every examiner question is played out and timed as in the exam.
Who marks, and how?
Every station has a marking walkthrough by Dr Stewart against the performance you just watched, on a grid like the exam's four-point scale. In the weekly live clinic, candidates are coached live against the marking grid and the cohort scores along.
Do I get written, competency-linked feedback on my own attempts?
Feedback on your own attempts comes live in the weekly clinic. Whether individual written feedback is offered is not stated on the course page, so it is not promised here.
Are there recordings, and how long is access?
Every live session is recorded and available to enrolled members. Access runs from enrolment until the 2027.1 CCE exam period has concluded. It is not lifetime access.
What does the RACGP already give away free, and what do you add?
The RACGP publishes its own preparation material for candidates. CCE Complete does not reproduce it. What it adds is complete stations played in full, marked in front of you, plus twenty weeks of live coaching.
What is the refund policy?
CCE Complete does not offer refunds simply because you change your mind, decide not to sit the exam, or select the wrong exam cycle. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Full terms are in the Terms of Enrolment.
Do you guarantee a pass?
No. CCE Complete does not guarantee a pass and does not publish a pass rate. It shows you the standard and gives you weekly practice against it.
Is it independent of the RACGP?
Yes. CCE Complete is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the RACGP.
